Shipping policy
Where is my Veslury order?
For parcels lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
But don’t worry!
We will cover the cost of reprinting, including shipping costs, for a replacement order for you.
Please note that if the tracking information states that an order has been delivered but you report it as not received, we will not be responsible, and we will not reship that order. In this case, any replacement will be at your expense.
My order shows it is being returned to the sender. What should I do?
An order can be returned to the sender for various reasons, but most often, it is due to an incorrect address.
In other cases, the parcel may not have been claimed at customs, was refused, or was returned by you.
You will be informed when the order is returned to us.
If you want the product to be reshipped, please note that new shipping fees will apply for orders not claimed at customs, returned by you, or where the initial address provided was incorrect.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
Garment Products
Garment products are usually packaged in recycled post-consumer polyester (rPET) pouches. If there is more than one product, after placing each item in a separate transparent polymer bag, we place them all together in a recycled polyester pouch.
Recycled polyester is made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and packaging films.
The amount of recycled polyester in the packaging differs depending on the fulfillment center, but it is at least 50% for outer envelopes (white or gray) and at least 30% for inner envelopes (transparent) used for multiple shipments.
Are Veslury’s packaging materials eco-friendly?
We know that the sustainability of our packaging is important to our customers, and we are committed to finding the best possible solutions.
PCR packaging protects products just as well as virgin plastic bags and looks almost the same. However, choosing PCR plastic over virgin plastic is the right thing to do to minimize the environmental impact of plastic on our planet.
We are constantly striving to become more eco-friendly and will continue to explore more environmentally friendly packaging options in the future.
