How to return a Veslury order?
Any returns or problems due to an error on our part will be taken care of by us.
On the other hand, if you wish to exchange or return a product that has no defect, or if the wrong size was ordered, you will have to place a new order at your expense.
If an item is returned to us, we will contact you to let you know. We can return the item to you, but you will be responsible for shipping costs. If the returned item is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

We do not cover products ordered in the wrong size, no refunds for wrong size errors.
Once you provide us with an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
